Learn how to use homeopathic remedies to help you and your family dealing with common acute conditions at home or traveling. Includes advice on how to put your natural first-aid traveling kit together.

Pregnancy, birth and recovery with natural medicine

This is a one-day workshop covering pregnancy and birth physiology, natural ways to keep you and your baby healthy, preparation for labor and how to support a natural birth, postnatal and breastfeeding. Based on the latest scientific papers, you will be given advice on nutrition and life style and how homeopathic remedies can help you during pregnancy and recovery.

My approach to pregnancy and birth reflects the work developed by Dr Michel Odent and Liliana Lammers, as Paramana-doula, which I also apply in my Pregancy Support Programme as a therapist. If you are pregnant and would like to be followed by natural practices, please contact me for more details.

Sustainable parenting

Combining my observations in clinic, as a pos-partum doula, dealing with newly parents and babies and as a mother, I have structured a comprehensive set of sessions about natural health and parenting directed to modern parents willing to bring up their children in an environmental friendly world. We introduce concepts such as the continuum, attachment and connection parenting, and we learn practical tools to raise natural families: breastfeeding, baby lead weaning, natural infant hygiene, baby wearing, co-sleeping, diet and natural home remedies.
