Adriana
Tojinha Candeias qualified as a homeopath at the
College of Practical Homeopathy UK (CPH) and is a registered member of the
Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (UK).
Previously, she worked
as a researcher for 10 years in the fields of Eco-physiology and Statistics
in Portugal, Spain & UK and obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy
from the University of Wales. During her course at
CPH, she helped setting up several low-cost homeopathic clinics in London and
is now dedicated treating people of different age groups with a wide variety
of complaints, locally and internationally.
She combines homeopathic treatment with floral essences, Chinese
elements, nutrition and life coaching.

practice, Adriana develops several research projects under the supervision of
Ellen Kramer (director of CPH) and works on establishing and teaching
“Scientific Research Methods for Modern Homeopaths”. As part of her CPD, she studies Iridology
(study of the iris as a diagnosis tool) with Marion & Peter Joyce
(accredited by the Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists International), which
she includes in her consultation work with patients. Adriana supervises
homeopathic students, helping undergraduates comprehending and applying the
principles of homeopathy to the modern patient and becoming professional and
competent therapist in the current challenging times. She is now a CPH tutor to distance-learning
students and provides seminars on several health matters to the public in
general. For scheduled events

course on Paramana Doulas by Dr Michel Odent & Liliana Lammers and
bringing Primal Health and Continuum concepts together, Adriana developed a
pregnancy support strategy based on the work of these professionals. Click here for details on her
Pregnancy Support Programme as a doula. Partly educated within
the African culture and having travelled to many countries, she has learned
from an early age to respect human diversity, splendour and needs. With more than 12 years work experience in
community projects, Adriana has also become a dance teacher focusing on the
interrelations and the therapeutic benefits of music and body movement. She is devoted to
contribute actively to the individual wellbeing, a happier community and
healthier global society. Adriana is Portuguese,
mother of two, fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan and French. Read also |
